A lot of our patients communicate through social media, but this is not a place that we will discuss any specific patient information. If you have a medical concern, please make an appointment. We will not answer any medical questions or discuss a patient’s illness through messaging on Facebook.

Medical requests will be addressed at the end of each business day. Please allow 24 hours after the request has been made before contacting your pharmacy.

As of our cash pay prices for office will be:
New patient office visits $100

New patient office visit with labs $200
Establish patient office visit $85

Establish patient office visit with labs $175

We only use Pathgroup for our lab services

$25.00 service charge for no show

Narcotics will not be phoned in.

Anxiolytics will not be phoned in.

You cannot be treated without an active chart at Bowdon Family Medicine.

Each no show results in a $25.00 service charge.

Cancelling your appointment with less than a 24-hour advanced notice results in a $25.00 service charge.

Emergency phone-in scripts require a follow-up visit the next week. A cancelled appointment or no show results in a $25.00 service charge.

Have the following in hand when you speak to a provider regarding phone-in prescriptions:

• Full name

• Date of birth
  

• Allergies to medications
  

• Pharmacy name
  

• Pharmacy phone number
