We strive to spend more time with our patients, so we can completely understand your healthcare needs and concerns, and provide the most effective treatment. Established in 2013 on West College Street in the heart of Bowdon, Georgia, we care for patients of all ages.

Patients are seen by Chris Salter, MSN, CRNP and Kate Strain, board-certified nurse practitioners; Mike Gaines, MD serves as collaborating physician and does not see patients in the office.
